By creating an account or using SANSA Credit ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is operated from Dindigul, Tamil Nadu, India.
SANSA Credit is a record-keeping tool for credit you extend to your own customers in the ordinary course of your business. We are not a bank, an NBFC, a lender, a payment system, or a collection agency. We do not lend money, guarantee repayment, charge interest, hold your funds, or recover dues on your behalf. Balances shown in the app are your own entries, not a legal determination of debt.
You need a working mobile number to register, and you must be at least 18. Keep your phone and OTP secure — activity from your account is treated as yours. Give accurate shop details, and tell us if they change.
The colour-coded trust score is calculated only from entries in your own shop's ledger. It is not a credit score, it is not shared with other shops or with any bureau, and it is a convenience indicator — the decision to extend credit is yours alone.
The free plan covers one shop and up to 50 customers. Paid plans (₹199/month per shop; ₹499/month for multiple branches) are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled any time — access continues to the end of the paid month. Fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Pilot accounts are free for the agreed pilot period; we will tell you before that changes. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
The app is offline-first, but sync, voice transcription, and WhatsApp reminders depend on your network and on third-party services. We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features. Keep your own backup of critical records; the app can export reports as PDF.
The app is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for business losses, unrecovered dues, disputes with your customers, or errors in entries you or your staff made. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You can stop using the app and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, misuses reminders, or puts other users at risk — we will give notice where we reasonably can.
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Dindigul, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
